The term "Agricultural Accountancy Office" is a legally protected name, which is only awarded to people who have demonstrated special expertise in providing tax advice for agriculture and forestry.

 

On November 5, 2008, Mr. Klaus Baden was granted the right to use the title “Agricultural Accounting Office” before the Chamber of Tax Consultants of Rhineland-Palatinate.
